Some parents willing to buy their own props. Can we use it?
Yes, when you have something cute, adorable, or handmade for our session I would be glad to capture it:
– Teddy bear (or any toy about 20 inches long)
– baseball gloves and ball
– handmade blanket
Please don’t ask me to use oversized props, the primary focus of the picture has to be your baby!
How I clean my props?
I wash used wraps and the blankets after each session. The newborn posing bag is waterproof – so it’s easy to clean.
How to prepare for the session?
– keep the baby awake 1-2 hours before the session (for baby over 3 weeks old)
– feed the baby fully
– leave on the baby just a diaper, and swaddle the baby in a blanket
– if nursing, no caffeine
Please prepare wipes, a warm blanket, a hair brush, and a pacifier (if you use it)
Will it be warm?
Yes, I bring the space heater. It will be around 80 degrees around the baby during our session. It does get a bit warm for adults, but my main priority is the comfort of your little baby.
What to wear (for parents and siblings)?
Please coordinate the outfit for the whole family, one style or similar colors. Solid color usually work best for the session.
Avoid logos, big prints, complex patterns.
Can the parents and siblings be included in the picture?
Yes, please! Parents, siblings, and grandparents always welcome to be on the photo! 🙂
Can parents take the video/photo during the session?
